Hawktober Sponsorships

We’re excited to invite you to sponsor Hawk-tober Fest 2025, Tassajara Hills Elementary’s biggest community event of the year, happening Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 1:00–4:00 PM.

This year, Hawk-tober Fest will be combined with our popular Kidpreneur Marketplace, where students launch and run their own small businesses. Together, these events will bring even more energy, families, and visibility to our campus—offering sponsors a powerful way to connect with the local community while directly supporting our school.

Your sponsorship helps fund over 20 PTA-supported programs that enrich every child’s experience at T.H.E. From academic resources to community-building events, none of it would be possible without the support of partners like you.

We offer several sponsorship levels to fit your business’s goals and visibility needs:

🏆 Presenting Sponsor – $4,000 (Filled!)
Includes naming rights for the event, logo on all materials, premium booth space, high-visibility banners, and a dedicated social media spotlight.

🥇 Gold Sponsor – $1,500 (Filled!)
Includes booth space at the event, logo on the entry Sponsor Banner, a social media shout-out, and inclusion of a flyer or marketing item in family goodie bags.

🥈 Silver Sponsor – $500 (only few available!)
Includes your logo on the event Sponsor Banner, a social media shout-out, and inclusion in family goodie bags.

🌟 Friend to the Community – Any Amount
We’ll create a custom acknowledgment based on your level of support, and thank you in our school newsletter.
