Birthday Dippin' Dots Interest Form

Celebrate Your Child's Birthday with Dippin' Dots!

Make your child’s special day even sweeter with a classroom celebration featuring Dippin' Dots!

Here’s what you need to know:

Pre-packaged, yogurt-based Dippin' Dots will be delivered directly to your child’s classroom by our Dippin' Dots program team.
Treats will be handed out unopened at the end of class to minimize disruptions.
Cost: $5 per person, payable via Zelle (preferred), cash, or check.
Non-dairy alternatives (Outshine Frozen Fruit Bars) will be provided for students with allergies.
Please place orders at least 2 weeks in advance.
Flavor selections are not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best based on available inventory.

First day for birthday deliveries: August 24, 2026

Last day for birthday deliveries: May 21, 2027

*Delivery dates may be modified per teacher request.
